Connect Your Data Source
Get started by connecting you data source. Connecting a data source allows your data to be cataloged, queried, transformed and visualized. For some data sources you can also create tables to store datasets, for example Snowflake Data Cloud.
This can be used to quickly and easily join data between different systems like Snowflake and Hive, or between different Snowflake instances (Federated query available in Promethium Enterprise Plan).
The Promethium Free plan supports the data connections for Snowflake, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Trino, (formerly Presto).
